Ariana Greenblatt to Be Honored as the CinemaCon Rising Star of 2024

 

CinemaCon, the prestigious convention of the National Association of Theatre Owners (NATO), is thrilled to announce that the remarkably talented actress Ariana Greenblatt will be bestowed with the esteemed CinemaCon Rising Star of 2024 Award. This announcement, made by the Managing Director of CinemaCon, Mitch Neuhauser, marks a significant highlight of the upcoming convention scheduled from April 8 to 11, 2024, at the illustrious Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Greenblatt will be formally presented with this distinguished honor during the esteemed Big Screen Achievement Awards ceremony on the evening of Thursday, April 11, 2024, at the majestic Colosseum at Caesars Palace. The event will be graciously hosted by the official presenting sponsor, The Coca-Cola Company.

This year, audiences can anticipate Greenblatt's return to the silver screen in Lionsgate’s highly-anticipated feature film adaptation of the electrifying video game Borderlands, set to release in theaters nationwide on August 9, 2024. In Borderlands, Greenblatt assumes the role of Tiny Tina, a feral pre-teen demolitionist who forms an unexpected alliance with a ragtag team of misfits on a perilous mission. Directed by Eli Roth and produced by Ari Arad, Avi Arad, and Erik Feig, the film promises an exhilarating cinematic experience based on one of the best-selling videogame franchises of all time.
